Registered Dental Hygienist

Full Time | $50-60/hr based on experience

We’re looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist who is not only skilled clinically, but also passionate about patient education, prevention, and building lasting relationships.

What You’ll Do:
-Provide high-quality preventive and periodontal care, including cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance
-Educate patients on oral health, home care, and treatment needs in a clear and encouraging way
-Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed
-Perform comprehensive periodontal charting and screenings
-Identify areas of concern and communicate findings to the doctor and patient
-Help create a positive, comfortable experience for every patient
-Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For:
-Active Texas Dental Hygiene License
-CPR/BLS certification
-Minimum 1 year of clinical hygiene experience preferred (new graduates with strong clinical skills welcome to apply)
-Strong knowledge of periodontal disease and patient education
-Comfortable discussing treatment and helping patients understand their needs
-Experience with Open Dental is a plus
-Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused
-A calm, confident chairside presence with a gentle touch
