Full-Time Registered Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Dayton, TXWe are seeking a dependable, compassionate dental professional to support a busy, patient-focused practice serving general dentistry and pedodontics in a single-doctor environment. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both children and adults, can contribute to a smooth day-to-day workflow, and values providing quality care in a welcoming setting.
Responsibilities include assisting during a variety of procedures, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, taking and organizing clinical notes, and helping ensure patients feel comfortable throughout their visit. Experience supporting root canal procedures is especially valuable. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively with Medicaid and PPO patients while maintaining a friendly, respectful approach.
A high school education or equivalent is required. Prior dental office experience is preferred, but strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn are also important. We provide essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks, to support a safe work environment.
