We are a dynamic, family-owned orthodontic and pediatric dental practice located in the charming Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. Since our doors opened in 2014, we've been committed to providing exemplary care to our young patients as they transition into young adulthood. Our founders, Dr. Abbey and Dr. Jake, both alumni of Temple University School of Dentistry, hold a deep commitment to treating patients like family.
We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Front Office Team Member to join our dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, professionalism, and a knack for sales, combined with a comfortable familiarity with numbers. Previous experience in customer service, dental front desk operations, and handling dental insurance is essential.
In this full-time role, you will assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and front office management while using Cloud 9 software.
