Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We are a dynamic orthodontic and pediatric dental practice located in the charming Chestnut Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia. Since our doors opened in 2014, we've been committed to providing exemplary care to our patients. Our founders, Dr. Abbey and Dr. Jake, both alumni of Temple University School of Dentistry, hold a deep commitment to treating patients like family.
We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (TC) to join our dedicated staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people skills, professionalism, and a knack for sales, combined with a comfortable familiarity with numbers. Previous experience in customer service, dental front desk operations, and handling dental insurance is preferred.
In this full-time role, you will act as the primary liaison between our orthodontist, Dr. Jake, and patients. You will manage the new patient experience from consultation to treatment start. You'll educate patients on treatment options, coordinate schedules, handle financial arrangements, and verify insurance, serving as both an educator and patient advocate to increase case acceptance.
