Registered Dental Hygienist
LOCATION
Long Island City, NYWe are seeking a friendly, skilled, and patient focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing dental practice in Long Island City, NY. We take pride in providing high quality, comprehensive care and are looking for a hygienist who shares our commitment to exceptional patient care.
What we're looking for:
-active NY registered dental hygienist (RDH) license
-excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-good bedside manner with focus on patient comfort
-reliable, punctual, and team player
-experience with digital charting and dental software is a plus
-new grads are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
-perform thorough dental cleanings and scaling and root planings (ScRP)
-educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
-document clinical findings
-assist the doctor in identifying and discussing treatment needs
-maintain infection control and sterilization protocols
