Edge Dental Designs is a modern, patient-focused private practice seeking a confident, organized, and high-energy Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are a boutique office with high standards, strong systems, and a focus on exceptional patient experience and clear, confident treatment presentation.

This is a key role in our growth phase. We are looking for someone who moves quickly, communicates clearly, and takes ownership.

Office Hours

Monday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Tuesday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 11 AM – 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Sunday: Closed
Candidate must be available during these hours, including Fridays and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Conduct new patient experience interviews
Present treatment plans and financial options confidently
Discuss insurance benefits clearly and accurately
Follow up on unscheduled treatment consistently
Track case acceptance and patient communication
Answer phones and support front office workflow
Maintain accurate documentation in practice software
Support back office as needed

Confident discussing treatment in the $1,000–$5,000 range
Comfortable talking about money without hesitation
Organized and detail-oriented
A fast learner who picks up systems quickly
Calm under pressure
Positive, professional, and team-oriented
You do not need micromanagement. You take initiative and solve problems.

Qualifications

2+ years dental office experience preferred
Prior treatment presentation experience strongly preferred
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Ability to multitask without losing accuracy
Experience with Oryx is a plus but not required.

Compensation

$20–$28 per hour based on experience and demonstrated ability.

90-day performance review with growth opportunity.
