Glow Dental Co. is a private practice in Southwest Austin that opened in July of 2021. There is currently one full time RDH and 1 Doctor. We are looking to add another one to the team due to the practice growing. We have all up-to-date technology, including: CBCT/Pano machine, digital X-rays (sensor/nomad) , iTero scanner and same-day crowns. We are in network with a handful of dental insurances (NO HMO, Medicare or Medicaid).

While the role will start at two days per week, there is significant potential for this position to transition into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

In your role as a hygienist, you will be responsible for performing crucial tasks that contribute to our patients' health and comfort, including:

- Performing thorough periodontal screenings and treatments, including calculus removal and prophylaxis
- Administering fluoride treatments and providing oral hygiene instruction
- Utilizing advanced technology such as digital radiography, intraoral cameras, and iTero
- Maintaining accurate patient records and managing patient recalls
- Collaborating effectively with our team to ensure smooth scheduling and optimal patient flow

To succeed in this role, we require that you hold valid CPR certification and ideally have a minimum of one year of experience (new grads welcome!). Your expertise in hygiene, periodontal treatment, and vital signs monitoring will be valuable as you work one-on-one with patients in our well-equipped treatment rooms, each featuring blankets and TVs to enhance comfort during appointments.
