The Dental Clinical Assistant will be the core of what makes us unique! They will be with the patient during the duration of their visit. This is a valuable position that is aligned with the doctors' goals. They will serve both new patients as well as existing ones.

A little bit about the team– we are a brand new office and building the team as we speak! The team will grow quickly. More than anything, we value culture and want this office to be a place you love coming to for work.

A Day in The Life

On any given day, you can expect to encounter the following:

• Working with a driven team of dental practice staff and is committed to excellence in patient care
• Caring for patients who value our services & expertise and want the best dentistry has to offer them
• Checking in between 4 to 10 patients each day
• Assisting through procedures in all areas of the clinical space, ie. room setup/breakdown, four-handed dentistry, sterilization, etc.
• Supply and inventory management
• Supporting the hygienist in all aspects of preventative and periodontal procedures
• Completing opening and closing duties as a team
• Pouring up models and trimming
• Packing up, sending out, receiving lab cases

Must Haves

• Previous experience with dental assisting
• A valid x-ray license
• Excellent chairside manners
• Positive attitude
• Team-player mentality

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team part-time, with the potential for additional hours as the office grows.

Dr. Susie Kim is a prosthodontist who loves to change people's lives through dentistry. She is committed to creating beautiful, healthy smiles for her patients and providing exceptional care. Patients love her for attention to detail, consistent communication and her bubbly personality.

Aside from Dr. Susie Kim, our office consists of two other key team members. Our lead dental assistant, Diana, who patients love for her personable approach and funny stories. And our front desk, Abby, who patients love her for clear explanations and office dj skills.

We currently work out of two operatories and hope to build out more as we grow. We pride ourselves in taking time with our patients and paying attention to the smallest details, so we see on average 4-6 patients a day.
