Job Posting: Dental Hygienist (Part-Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Dental Hygienist to join our high-quality general and private practice. This is a part-time position designed for a compassionate professional with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks. These include performing calculus removal, conducting periodontal screenings, providing fluoride treatments, and delivering oral hygiene instruction to patients of all ages. Your expertise in pediatric hygiene, pit and fissure sealants, and scaling and root planing will also be critical in ensuring comprehensive care for our patients. Proficiency with tools such as Cavitron and ultrasonic scaling, along with experience using Dentrix and digital x-ray technologies, is highly desirable.

We value a gentle touch, strong interpersonal skills, and a caring nature in our dental hygienists. In this role, you will typically spend 50-60 minutes with each patient, allowing you the time to build rapport and address their unique needs. You will see one patient at a time, ensuring that quality is never compromised.

This position is available due to the retirement of our long-term hygienist, presenting you with the opportunity to step into a welcoming environment where your expertise can thrive. Benefits include paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays.

Compensation for this role ranges from $50 to $60 per hour. Additionally, there is an option for partial or full double hygiene with an assistant at a much higher rate if desired. We respect your valuable skills and are excited to see how you can contribute to our team.
