Lewisville, TXWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygienist to join our general dental practice full time. This opportunity is available because our current hygienist is retiring, creating an opening for a dependable professional who values patient care, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care while helping patients feel comfortable and informed during their visits. You will see one patient at a time, allowing you to focus on quality care and strong patient relationships. Appointment times are thoughtfully scheduled at approximately 1 hour for prophy and perio maintenance appointments and 90 minutes for SRP and new patient visits. This structure supports thorough care and a manageable daily workflow.
We are looking for someone with at least 2+ years of experience and a college-level education. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, upbeat, and confident in delivering high-quality hygiene services in a general practice setting. A strong commitment to patient education, communication, and preventive care is essential.

This is a full-time position with Wednesday as the scheduled day off. Lunch breaks are 30 minutes on short days and 1 hour on long days. Parking is available at the back/side of the office building for added convenience.
To support your safety and comfort, the office provides the following PPE: disposable gowns, face shields, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks.
Compensation is $48–$55 per hour, depending on experience and certifications. Additional benefits include PTO and a Simple IRA, helping support both your immediate needs and long-term goals.
