In this role, you will perform endodontic procedures and services for patients based on internal dental evaluations and treatment plans, diagnosing and treating complex cases.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with general dentists, specialists, and support staff to develop effective treatment plans aligned with patient needs.
- Perform advanced endodontic procedures: root canals, retreatment, and microsurgery.
- Deliver a patient experience that combines clinical excellence with a warm and caring approach.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including documentation of procedures, diagnoses, and patient communications in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques during all procedures to safeguard patient health.
- Stay current with advancements in endodontic techniques, dental technology, and industry best practices through ongoing professional development.

Requirements
- DDS or DMD with a completed endodontics residency/specialty training.
- Current state dental license.
- Experience performing root canals, retreatment, and apicoectomies. (A minimum of 2 years of experience as an endodontist is preferred).
- Skilled in performing complex procedures including root canal therapy, dental implants, oral surgery, and prosthodontics as needed.
- Strong client communication skills to explain diagnoses and treatment options clearly and compassionately.
- Familiarity with infection control standards, aseptic techniques, and sterilization processes within a dental office environment.
