We are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental professional to join a growing general and PPO practice. Our busy, two-dentist, six-room office has proudly served the community for over 30 years and continues to expand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values quality care, strong teamwork, and a steady clinical environment.

This position is available in either a part-time or full-time capacity, with scheduling based on office needs and candidate availability. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented clinician who enjoys providing preventive care and patient education in a fast-paced but supportive setting. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a well-established practice that serves a broad range of patients and maintains a professional, team-focused atmosphere.

Responsibilities include performing routine hygiene procedures, supporting preventive and periodontal care, educating patients on oral health, and helping maintain an efficient flow of care throughout the day. Strong communication skills, a friendly chairside manner, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and front office team members are important. A commitment to high standards of infection control and patient comfort is essential.

Required qualifications include an active Dental Hygiene License. Candidates should be confident in delivering thorough clinical care and able to adapt to a busy office environment. The ideal applicant will demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a patient-centered approach.

Compensation is $45–$55 per hour, depending on experience.

Benefits include a 401(k) plan. The office also provides essential personal protective equipment, including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, N95 masks, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Onsite parking is available for staff convenience. Lunch breaks vary depending on scheduled hours and are typically 30–60 minutes.
