What We’re Looking For:
-We are currently searching for an experienced Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of chairside experience who is polished, professional, dependable, and passionate about patient care.
-The ideal candidate understands the rhythm of dentistry and knows how to help procedures flow smoothly through attentiveness, preparation, communication, and strong clinical awareness. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being a true clinical partner in the operatory and values creating an exceptional experience for both the doctor and the patient.

*Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience
*Strong chairside assisting and procedural knowledge
*Professional appearance and polished communication skills
*Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
*Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
*Ability to stay organized, observant, and proactive during treatment
*Experience with cosmetic, surgical, ortho, or airway dentistry is a plus
*Someone who values culture, growth, and long-term career development
