LOCATION
Brooklyn, NYJoin our dynamic and modern dental team as a part-time dental assistant! We are a progressive general family, cosmetic, airway and implant dental studio in Downtown Brooklyn, dedicated to delivering comprehensive, prevention-based care in a supportive environment. Our small, collaborative team emphasizes high-quality dentistry and patient education, making it essential for our dental assistants to be organized, communicative, and comfortable in a digital workflow. We see patients of all ages and our compassionate approach to care attracts the rewarding experience of rehabilitating anxious patients and patients recovering from dental trauma.
As a dental assistant, you will play a vital role in our practice, assisting a single doctor in a variety of tasks including desensitization, taking digital X-rays, and utilizing advanced tools such as intraoral cameras, NOMAD Pro (similar), in house dental lab with 3D printers, mill, in-house exocad design, furnace for in house crown staining, intraoral scanners, CBCT. We believe that personality, aptitude, and attitude are the most important qualities for success in this role.
This position requires a minimum of 6 months of experience and the ability to cross-train in various areas of the practice. Ideal candidates will thrive in a state-of-the-art, fully digital environment and will enjoy working alongside a dedicated team that prioritizes patient comfort, especially for those with dental anxiety.
