Are you ready to make a difference? We’re hiring a Dental Assistant who’s passionate about patient care and teamwork and willing to be cross trained as a Patient Care Coordinator in our front office. We’ll provide the tools and training you need to grow into a versatile role helping both in the back and front office. Your responsibilities will include:
-Delivering excellent patient care by fostering effective communication and building connections with our patients and teammates.
-Providing chair-side assistance to the Dentist during dental procedures.
-Explaining and educating patients on the necessity and reasons for treatment.
-Taking diagnostic radiographs.
-Maintaining the sterilization area to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues.
-Previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
-A strong desire to build relationships with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
-A growth mindset with the willingness to learn and adapt.
