Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our established, full-service dental practice. This is a full-time opportunity in a general, multi-doctor, private practice setting, offering the chance to work in a collaborative and patient-focused environment. The position is available as the current dental hygienist is retiring, creating an excellent opportunity for a professional looking to step into a well-supported role.

As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality preventive dental care and supporting overall oral health for our patients. Your daily responsibilities will include conducting dental cleanings, performing periodontal assessments, taking and reviewing necessary radiographs, charting findings accurately, and educating patients on oral hygiene and treatment recommendations. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to provide thorough, individualized care.

We are looking for a candidate who holds a Georgia dental hygiene license and is committed to maintaining excellent clinical standards, professionalism, and patient communication. The ideal individual will be comfortable working in a busy practice while contributing to a positive and organized team environment. Because our office is a W2 office, this role offers the stability and structure many professionals value.

Our practice is designed to support both patients and team members. You will have access to employee parking, enjoy a 1-hour lunch break, and benefit from a schedule that includes a 3-day weekend. In addition, we offer a strong benefits package that includes PTO and free dental treatment. Compensation for this position is $43 per hour.
