Cypress Hockley Dental is looking for a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused full-time Dental Assistant to join our growing team. We are a newly established, technology-driven practice committed to providing exceptional patient care while building long-term relationships with our community.

What You'll Do

Assist the dentist during a wide variety of dental procedures.
Prepare and disinfect operatories according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
Take high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs.
Perform chairside assisting using efficient four-handed dentistry.
Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols.
Educate patients on treatment plans and post-operative instructions.
Help patients feel comfortable and reduce anxiety during treatment.
Assist with same-day dentistry and emergency patients.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
Work closely with the front office and help wherever needed.
Support the team in delivering exceptional patient care every day.
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Experienced as a Dental Assistant (minimum 2 years preferred).
Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) in Texas (preferred).
X-ray certified.
Efficient, organized, and detail-oriented.
Positive, energetic, and eager to learn.
Excellent with patient communication and customer service.
Comfortable working with digital dentistry and modern technology.
Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
A true team player who is always willing to help.
Punctual, dependable, and professional.
Looking for a long-term career rather than just another job.
Experience With The Following Is A Plus
Open Dental
Dexis imaging
CBCT
SprintRay or digital dentistry workflows
Dexis or other intraoral scanners
Dental insurance knowledge
