Full-time RDH
LOCATION
Alpharetta, GAWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate dental hygiene professional to join our general practice team in a full-time capacity. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment and is committed to delivering high-quality preventive care and education. The schedule includes Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with alternating Mondays from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and alternating Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Parking is available at the back of the office.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, oral health assessments, and patient education. You will also support the clinical team by documenting findings accurately and contributing to a smooth, efficient workflow. Experience with digital x-rays, intraoral photography, and iTero scanning is required, as these tools are an important part of daily patient care in the practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience in dental hygiene and a strong understanding of general dentistry procedures. You should be comfortable communicating treatment recommendations, encouraging preventive habits, and helping patients feel at ease throughout their visit. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently while remaining a strong team player. Professionalism, excellent chairside manner, and a commitment to patient care are essential for success in this position. The practice values efficiency and flexibility, and the lunch break is 15 minutes depending on the schedule.
