Registered Dental Hygienist

We are seeking a skilled and dependable dental professional to join a busy, patient-centered dental office on a full-time basis. Our practice serves a diverse patient base across general dentistry, periodontics, multi-specialty care, and private practice settings. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical ability, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality preventive care in a supportive team environment.

This role is well suited for a Licensed RDH with at least 1 year of experience who is comfortable working with patients of all ages and backgrounds. Responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing when indicated, taking necessary radiographs, documenting clinical findings accurately, and educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. You will also collaborate closely with dentists and other team members to help ensure smooth patient flow and a positive experience throughout each visit.

We are looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, and detail-oriented, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively with patients. A college-level educational background is expected, along with strong professional judgment and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and patient care. Experience in a multi-practice or specialty-supported environment is a plus, though not required.

This is a full-time position with a half-hour lunch break. Parking is available behind the building for added convenience. The compensation for this role is $45–$51 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, the position includes a strong benefits package featuring PTO, a 401(k) plan with 4% match, and health and vision insurance.
