We're looking for a skilled and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our thriving dental practice in Frisco, TX. With over 100 new patients joining our practice each month, this is an exceptional opportunity to build a robust patient base while providing comprehensive dental care in one of the fastest-growing communities in Texas. You'll work alongside a supportive team of dental professionals in a dynamic environment where patient demand continues to grow.
Why Frisco?
Located in the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Frisco is consistently ranked as one of the best places to live in America. This vibrant city offers an exceptional quality of life with top-rated schools, abundant dining and entertainment options, professional sports teams, and a strong sense of community. The area's continued growth and prosperity create an ideal environment for both professional success and personal fulfillment.
What You'll Do:
As an Associate Dentist, you'll perform comprehensive dental examinations and create personalized treatment plans for each patient. Your day-to-day work will include restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive care, with a focus on patient education and building lasting relationships. You'll collaborate closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to maintain efficient clinic operations, while maintaining detailed patient records using Open Dental software. We also value continuous learning and encourage staying current with the latest dental technologies and techniques.
What We're Looking For:
You should hold a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution, along with a valid Texas dental license. We prefer candidates with one to two years of general dentistry experience or completion of an AEGD/GPR program, though new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply.
