Pediatric Dental Hygienist (Fridays)

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate dental hygienist to join our privately owned pediatric dental practice in Lititz, PA. This part-time (Fridays 8am-1pm) opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Our practice is dedicated to providing high-quality preventive and restorative care while creating positive dental experiences for young patients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in clinical hygiene skills, excellent communication abilities, and a warm, patient-centered approach. Pediatric experience is preferred, as this role involves working with children of varying ages and developmental stages. Comfort with pediatric behavior guidance, child-friendly communication, and the ability to help set a calm, reassuring tone are important for success in this position.

Responsibilities include performing thorough dental cleanings, taking and processing radiographs as indicated, assessing oral health conditions, and educating patients and parents on proper home care techniques. Additional duties may include documenting findings accurately, assisting with preventive treatments, maintaining infection control standards, and collaborating closely with the dental team to support efficient, high-quality care. A strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast-paced clinical setting are essential.
