Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Our practice is looking for a hygienist that: is fun and friendly, likes patient-centric treatment, practices with top-tier quality care, is excited to learn new skills and technology, puts an emphasis on the patient's comfort and well-being, and can go with the flow. As we are looking for coverage on Fridays only from 8-12pm, this would be the perfect fit for someone who is looking for supplimenting time at another office!

Qualifications:
-Licensed dental hygienist in the state of Kansas
-Certified in local anesthesia and N2O
-Patient first attitude and commitment to patient care
-A compassionate and gentle chair-side manner
-Proficiency with Eaglesoft or other similar dental software and digital X-rays

This position would be 4-5 hours per week, and involves seeing patients from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. It brings with it some deeply dedicated (and hilarious) teammates, opportunities to get continuing education, a competitive hourly rate, exclusive benefits. As you would only be with us on Fridays, we are offering a Friday premium rate in addition to base pay.

Responsibilities
-Perform thorough patient assessments and cleanings, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and dental terminology.
-Provide chairside assistance during procedures, utilizing Eaglesoft for documentation and patient records.
-Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits.
-Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required
-Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while managing medical records and patient information.
