Looking for an outstanding RDA to join our special team

We are seeking a full-time dental assistant to join our kind, caring, and private general dental practice. Our single-doctor office is built on exceptional clinical care and 5-star personal service for our community of friends, family, and patients. We are a special team that values one another, and we offer unique ways to help our team feel appreciated and supported each day.

The ideal candidate is a team player with strong multitasking skills and at least 2 years of experience. High school education is required. Cross-training is a plus, but not necessary. Responsibilities include chair side assistance, appointment scheduling, dental charting, taking impressions, suture removal, and supporting a variety of restorative and cosmetic procedures. Experience with coronal polishing, temporary crown fabrication, whitening tray fabrication, Zoom whitening, CEREC restorations, DEXIS, intraoral camera, and digital X-rays is preferred.

We provide PPE including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, regular masks, N95 masks, and hospital-grade ceiling lights to sterilize air. Parking is available in the parking lot. Lunch break is 30 or 60 minutes.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28–$36, plus 401(k), PTO, and insurance. CPR certification and excellent customer service skills are important. Applicants should be dependable, professional, and eager to contribute to a warm, patient-focused team.
