Are you a hygienist who believes patients deserve more than a rushed cleaning? We're looking for a warm, skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to join us part-time, with a clear path to a full-time position.

WHAT WE OFFER
• $50-$60+ per hour, depending on experience, PLUS bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Provide prophylaxis, periodontal therapy (SRP, perio maintenance), sealants, radiographs, and intraoral photos, digital scans
• Educate patients with kindness and help them understand and accept needed care
• Partner with Dr. Wang and the team to deliver an outstanding patient experience

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Active Texas RDH license
• Compassionate chairside manner and strong patient-communication skills
• Self-motivated and efficient — you enjoy a productive, well-run day and take pride in staying on schedule without cutting corners
• Takes initiative: sees what needs to be done and jumps in
• Team player who takes pride in quality work
• Interest in growing with us into a full-time role
