We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join a long-standing adult general dentistry practice with a private-practice feel. This full-time opportunity is available as our beloved hygienist of 15 years begins to reduce days and transition toward retirement. As our practice continues to grow, we are looking for a team-oriented professional whose attitude, patient care approach, and willingness to contribute to a positive office culture are just as important as years of experience.
This role is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys building long-term patient relationships and providing thorough, high-quality care in a supportive environment. Appointments are typically scheduled for one hour or longer, allowing you to focus on individualized treatment and education. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend about one hour for prophy appointments, with additional time as needed for scaling and root planing (SRP).
The practice is equipped with modern technology, including a 3Shape scanner, digital systems, and a 3D printer, supporting efficient and advanced clinical care. Experience with iTero is ideal, and laser certification is highly valued. We are looking for someone comfortable performing a wide range of preventive and periodontal services, including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, fluoride treatment, gingivitis treatment, periodontal treatment, chlorhexidine application, and nitrous oxide administration. CPR certification is required.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry and an appreciation for the personalized care that comes with a long-standing adult practice. We value professionalism, reliability, communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with the dentist and team. Whether you bring extensive experience or a strong desire to grow in a well-established practice, we welcome applicants who are motivated to provide excellent patient care.
This position offers hourly compensation with pay negotiable based on experience and skill set. Benefits are currently up for discussion. The office provides reserved underground parking for added convenience. Team members enjoy a one-hour lunch break, along with a 1.5-hour team lunch on Tuesdays.
If you are looking for a stable, supportive full-time role in a modern, growing practice where patient care and teamwork come first, this could be an excellent fit.
