**Marietta, GA**
East Cobb Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, energetic **Dental Assistant** to join our growing team! This position offers a consistent **Monday through Wednesday schedule with some Saturdays**, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for a predictable workweek while still being part of a busy, growing dental practice.
**Pay range is $20–$27 per hour, based on experience.**
We're looking for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care, and enjoys working alongside a collaborative, technology-driven dental team.
Schedule
- **Monday – Wednesday**
- **Some Saturdays available
- Consistent weekly schedule
- Additional hours may be available as the practice grows
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
- Anticipate the doctor's needs and efficiently pass instruments throughout procedures.
- Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain infection control standards.
- Take dental radiographs and assist with digital workflows.
- Educate patients and help create an outstanding patient experience.
- Work collaboratively with the clinical team to keep appointments running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Minimum **2 years of chairside dental assisting experience** required.
- Experience with **Open Dental** software preferred.
- Experience with **iTero scanners** preferred.
- Implant assisting experience preferred.
- Clear aligner experience preferred.
- Ability to fabricate temporary crowns.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy practice.
