What You’ll Do

As one of the most important members of our clinical team, you’ll help patients achieve healthier smiles through education, prevention, and exceptional clinical care.

Your responsibilities include:

Performing comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
Educating patients about oral health and preventive care
Providing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing
Identifying, diagnosing, and treating periodontal disease
Taking high-quality digital radiographs and intraoral photographs
Maintaining accurate clinical and periodontal charting
Communicating treatment recommendations with patients and doctors
Following infection control and sterilization protocols
Collaborating with our doctors and team to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications

Current Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) licensee
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Proficient in prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, and scaling & root planing
Comfortable with periodontal charting and treatment documentation
Experience using Cavitron technology
Knowledge of current infection control and sterilization standards

Sign-On Bonus Details

Eligible candidates may receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid after 90 days of employment. Team members receiving the bonus agree to remain employed at our River Park location for 12 months. If employment ends before the 12-month commitment is completed, the sign-on bonus will be deducted from the final paycheck as permitted by law.
