Full-Time Dental Assistant – Pearland, TX

Our Pearland cosmetic and general dentistry practice is looking for an experienced, full-time Dental Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–4+ years of dental assisting experience, be patient-focused, motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, and Saturday availability is required—no exceptions.

Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus!

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3–4 years of dental assisting experience
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Patient-focused and compassionate
- Motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Implant experience
- iTero scanning experience
- Must be available to work every Saturday

Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:

- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Assist with implant procedures (experience preferred)
- Fabricate temporary restorations
- Perform iTero scanning
- Take dental radiographs
- Prepare patients for treatment
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and treatment areas
- Set up instrument trays and prepare dental materials
- Assist the dentist throughout dental procedures
- Accurately record treatment information in patient records
- Clean and polish removable appliances
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including trash/recycling removal and - restrooms
- Monitor inventory and order dental supplies as needed

Schedule & Location
Office Hours: Tuesday–Saturday
Saturday availability: Required – no exceptions
Location: Pearland, TX, near 518 & 288
