Hygienist

We are seeking a dedicated dental hygienist to join a high-performing, patient-focused dental team in a modern, multi-specialty practice environment. This role supports a broad range of services, including General, Periodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and care within a multi-doctor, PPO, and private practice setting. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional who values quality care, teamwork, and long-term patient relationships.

This position is full-time and offers a structured schedule designed to support both patient care and work-life balance. A one-hour lunch break is provided each day. Parking is available in the lot outside the building for convenient access. The compensation for this role is negotiable based on qualifications and fit.

Responsibilities include providing excellent preventive oral health care, performing cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and patient education, as well as supporting the overall clinical workflow of the office. You will see one patient at a time, allowing for focused, individualized care. Appointment lengths are designed to allow thorough treatment and attention to detail, with new patient visits typically lasting two hours and established patient visits typically lasting one hour. This structure helps ensure a calm, efficient, and patient-centered experience.

We are looking for a certified RDH who is committed to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism. No prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a hygienist early in their career who is eager to grow in a supportive environment. Strong communication skills, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential.
