Part Time RDH

We are a growing general dental practice seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented dental hygienist to join our team full-time. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who values high-quality patient care, strong communication, and working in a supportive, modern environment.

Our office is a beautiful, newly renovated space that has been serving the community on Elm Street in Winnetka, IL for over 35 years. We take pride in the long-standing relationships we have built with our patients and the welcoming atmosphere we provide. If you enjoy building trust with patients and helping them feel comfortable during their visits, you will fit right in.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive preventive hygiene care in a general dentistry setting. You will see one patient at a time and typically spend one hour with each patient, allowing you the time needed to deliver thorough care and meaningful education. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for clearly explaining treatment recommendations, oral hygiene instructions, and the importance of ongoing preventive care. The ability to work professionally and collaboratively are important for success in this position.

We offer a comfortable work environment with a 1 hour lunch break, along with convenient parking options, including a parking lot and street parking. To support your safety and comfort, the office provides disposable gowns, nitrile gloves, and protective masks.

This is a part-time position with compensation starting at $60 per hour, commensurate with experience. Tuesday availability is required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient-focused, and eager to contribute to a practice where quality care and positive relationships matter.
