With multiple locations and continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Dentist who is passionate about clinical excellence and exceptional patient communication.
Position Overview
We are looking for a confident and experienced General Dentist with 6+ years of clinical experience who can provide comprehensive care, communicate effectively with patients, and lead a clinical team in delivering outstanding outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong clinical expertise with excellent interpersonal skills, creating trust and long-term relationships with patients.
Responsibilities
-Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions
-Perform comprehensive general dentistry procedures including restorative, crowns/bridges, extractions, root canals, Invisalign, cosmetic dentistry and preventative care\
-Develop and present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
-Educate patients on oral health and preventative care
-Collaborate with hygienists and dental assistants to deliver efficient patient care
-Maintain accurate clinical documentation
-Ensure high standards of patient experience and clinical excellence
-Mentor and support team members when appropriate
Qualifications
-DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
-Active state dental license in [State]
-Minimum 6 years of clinical experience
-Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
-Excellent communication and patient education abilities
-Experience with advanced procedures preferred (implants, surgical extractions, endodontics, or clear aligners)
