Location: Downtown Austin 

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: Mon - Thu 7:30am - 5:30pm with occasional Friday (1 per month)

Our growing private practice, located in the heart of downtown Austin, is seeking a highly skilled receptionist/ dental office concierge for Toothbar.  The Dental Office Concierge will be the first impression for our patients and play a vital role with our team of Toothologists in providing quality dental care in an upscale and modern environment.

Responsibilities: 

Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments, Respond to patient emails/texts
Support clinical staff

Qualifications and Requirements: 

High-school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer facing role in office setting
Ability to multitask and work well under deadlines
2 year or more customer service experience
Being a team player and a great upbeat attitude
