Dental Assistant Private Office in Escondido

Temecula, CAWe are a growing general dental practice seeking a reliable and motivated dental assistant to join our full-time team. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional, fast-paced environment and is committed to providing excellent support to both patients and the dental team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a dental office and a high school education. Key responsibilities include chairside assisting during a variety of general dentistry procedures, accurate charting, and maintaining proper sterilization and infection control standards. You will also help prepare treatment rooms, organize instruments and supplies, and support smooth day-to-day office operations.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are important for success in this position. We value team members who are dependable, compassionate, and able to contribute to a welcoming patient experience.
