Glow Dental Co., a thriving private dental practice established in July 2021, is seeking a dynamic and professional front office team member to join us full-time. Our practice specializes in general dental services, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our patients and staff alike.
As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient care, and maintaining patient records. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in supporting our dentist and hygienists while ensuring that our patients feel welcomed and cared for.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental front office, familiarity with dental terminology, and proficiency in Dentrix or similar scheduling software. You will assist with checking patients in and out, keeping the hygiene schedule full, and answering phones in a friendly and professional manner.
