✨ Your Impact
As an RDA at Panther Creek Dental, you will work closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure patients feel informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit.
You Will:
🦷 Provide exceptional chairside assisting with precision, efficiency, and a calm, confident presence
🌟 Assist with a variety of procedures including implants, surgical dentistry, cosmetic treatments, and restorative care
📋 Anticipate the doctor’s needs to ensure smooth, productive patient flow
💬 Build meaningful connections with patients—educating, reassuring, and guiding them through their treatment journey
🧼 Maintain strict sterilization protocols and uphold the highest clinical standards
📦 Keep clinical rooms stocked, organized, and fully prepared for each day
🧠 Support efficient scheduling and patient flow by understanding block scheduling principles
🤝 Collaborate with the clinical team to create a positive, supportive work environment
💼 What You Bring
✔️ Active Texas RDA License
✔️ 2–3+ years of dental assisting experience
✔️ Comfort assisting with implants, surgical procedures, digital imaging, and modern dental technology
✔️ Strong communication skills with an empathetic, patient-first mindset
✔️ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, high-energy practice
✔️ Detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to delivering excellence every day
🕒 Schedule
📅 Tuesday: 8:40 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Wednesday: 9:40 AM – 6:00 PM
📅 Thursday: 8:40 AM – 5:00 PM
📅 Friday: 7:40 AM – 4:00 PM
📅 One Saturday/month: 9:15 AM – 3:00 PM (no lunch)
💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 $22–$24/hour DOE
