Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnosis and treatment for a wide variety of dental issues.
- Deliver routine dental care while managing complex procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients to understand their dental needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Maintain a high standard of care in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience working in the front office completing tasks such as answering phones, insurance verifications, sending claims, and check in/out.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Well-versed in scheduling, time management, and dental software.
- An organized individual with keen attention to detail and teamwork capabilities.
- An understanding of insurance processes, billing, and financial coordination.
