About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, patient education, and creating a comfortable experience for every patient.
Responsibilities
Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including cleanings, exams, and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and treatment recommendations
Take and interpret digital X-rays; accurately chart patient records
Work collaboratively with dentists and dental assistants to ensure seamless care
Maintain compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications
Active Dental Hygienist license in Ohio
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with dental software (Dentrix or similar preferred)
CPR certification required
Patient-focused, team-oriented approach
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
No weekends, no late evenings
Compensation
$40–$50 per hour (commensurate with experience)
