Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Join Our Team

Thrive Dental Co. is a private, women-owned, boutique dental practice in Acton, MA, looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team.

We're looking for someone who wants to do more than simply complete a cleaning and move on to the next patient. Our approach to hygiene focuses on understanding each patient's oral health, providing thoughtful education, building relationships, and helping patients move toward better health.

Your role

You'll provide comprehensive, thoughtful hygiene care while building genuine relationships with patients.

Responsibilities include:

• Adult prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance
• Scaling and root planing
• Periodontal assessments
• Patient education and personalized oral hygiene recommendations
• Thorough and accurate clinical documentation in Open Dental
• Using modern technology and appropriate therapies to support patient health
• Collaborating with the doctor and team to provide excellent patient care

We believe hygiene should be about more than simply treating symptoms and seeing a patient again in six months. We want to understand why a patient may not be healthy and use appropriate education, therapies, and referrals to help them improve.
