What You’ll Do:
Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care including cleanings, scaling/root planing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
Perform thorough periodontal charting and screenings, including oral cancer checks.
Educate and empower patients on oral health, home care routines, and preventative strategies.
Work closely with dentists and other team members to provide coordinated, personalized care.
Maintain clear and accurate patient records using our modern digital systems.
Ensure clinical areas and tools are sterilized and prepared in accordance with infection control standards.
Help us maintain a friendly, supportive, and efficient clinical flow.
What We’re Looking For:
Valid Colorado RDH license in good standing.
Local anesthesia certification (preferred or willing to obtain).
CPR/BLS certification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital dental platforms (experience with Dentrix or similar a plus).
A proactive, positive, team-first attitude.
Passion for educating patients and promoting lifelong oral health.
