Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) SMYLE Dental Design – Aurora, Colorado

SMYLE Dental Design is a modern, relationship-driven dental practice in Aurora, CO, focused on exceptional patient experiences and comprehensive care. We are looking for a skilled, personable, and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who takes pride in their work and values quality over volume.

We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys building real relationships with patients, practicing at a high clinical level, and working in a positive, team-centered environment

Responsibilities
● Perform thorough dental hygiene assessments, including periodontal charting and risk evaluation
● Deliver high-quality prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, and non-surgical periodontal therapy
● Educate patients on oral-systemic health and personalized home care strategies
● Take diagnostic radiographs and intraoral images
● Collaborate with the doctor on treatment planning and case presentation
● Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation
● Uphold the highest infection control and sterilization standards

What We’re Looking For
● Active Colorado RDH license
● Strong periodontal knowledge and clinical confidence
● Excellent communication skills
● Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
● Detail-oriented and committed to high standards of care

Schedule
● Full-time or part-time options available
● Monday - Wed 8 am to 5 pm
● Thursdays 8 am to 2 pm
