Dental Front Desk Coordinator (Urgent Hire)-$18-$21/hr

LM Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is an urgent opening, and we are looking to move quickly for the right candidate.

Our practice provides high-quality, family-focused dental care in a modern and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on creating a positive experience for both our patients and our team.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and confident managing both patient interactions and front office responsibilities.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM –-5:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM- 2:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional demeanor
Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily schedule
Verify insurance and provide accurate benefit breakdowns
Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial discussions
Answer phones and manage patient communication
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Support overall front office operations and patient flow

What We’re Looking For:
Dental front office experience required
Experience with Open Dental (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
