About the Practice
This is a well-established, family-oriented practice located in the heart of Creedmoor, NC. The office is highly visible on Main Street and has been the trusted dental home for 4–5 generations of patients. With a loyal patient base and strong community reputation, this is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist seeking long-term growth and stability.
The practice features:
* 4 operatories with modern equipment (including piezos in every room).
* Supportive team: 1 front desk, 2 dental assistants (RDH can be added).
* Software: currently SoftDent, considering transition to Dentrix.
* Mix of PPO and Medicaid patients, with expansion into additional insurance plans.
* Average 15–20 patients per day.
* Most procedures kept in-house (operative, crowns, dentures, extractions, oral surgery, 2nd molar endo). Only orthodontics and sedation are referred out.

What We’re Looking For
* DDS or DMD from an accredited program.
* Active North Carolina dental license (or eligibility).
* Strong clinical skills and a patient-first approach.
* Interest in ownership/partnership highly encouraged.
* Open to new graduates or experienced dentists.
* Implant placement experience a plus (opportunity to expand services).

Compensation & Benefits
* 35% of collections – High earning potential.
* $200,000+ annually (based on part-time hours, more with full-time).
