Our long-established general dental practice is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) or Dental Assistant (DA) to join our dynamic team. This role plays a key part in supporting clinical care and creating a positive, comfortable experience for our patients.
Previous dental experience is welcomed; however, we are happy to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, reliability, and a strong interest in dentistry.

Schedule
Tuesday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Additional: 1–2 Mondays per month
Shift length: 8 hours per day
Duties
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures by providing appropriate instruments and materials
Sterilize and maintain instruments, operatories, and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols
Utilize digital technology, including intraoral scanners (training provided if needed)
Take dental radiographs (X-rays) and intraoral photographs as directed
Set up treatment rooms and trays before procedures and assist with room turnover between patients
Support lab case tracking and organization
Communicate with the front office to ensure smooth patient flow and support the hygiene department as needed
Provide patient care and comfort before, during, and after appointments
Accurately record patient medical histories and vital signs
Manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards
Assist with scheduling and front-desk support as needed, including handling patient inquiries
