Front Desk Coordinator

We are a warm and welcoming general dental office seeking a full-time Front Office Team Member to join our close-knit group of dedicated professionals. Our practice is built on a foundation of kindness, laughter, and a genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care. As we prepare for the retirement of our valued front office team member, we are excited to welcome someone who shares our commitment to creating a positive experience for every patient.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, so a personable demeanor is essential. You will handle various tasks, including patient communications, creating and presenting treatment plans, and ensuring smooth flow of the office.
Compensation is commensurate with experience but is starting at $30/hour; along with benefits such as PTO, paid holidays, and a 401k with a match.
Our office recently transitioned to Dentrix Ascend, but still works out of Eaglesoft with billing until A/R is collected.

Hours:
Monday: 10:00 am -8:30 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am- 6:30 pm
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: 9:00 am- 6:30 pm
Friday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm
1 Saturday a month October through May 7:30 am - 12:30 pm
