Dental Assistant
LOCATION
Staten Island, NYWe are a friendly and growing pediatric dental practice seeking a Part-Time Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is dependable, and has a positive, caring attitude.
Responsibility
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments
- Help create a calm, fun, and comfortable experience for children and parents
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Maintain patient records and follow office protocols
- Support chairside as needed
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, energetic, and child-friendly demeanor
- X-ray experience (A MUST)
PART TIME HOURS UNLESS YOU CAN TRAVEL
Compensation
Starting from $22.00 Hour (depending on experience)
