Understands dental treatments, procedures, and terminology
Can confidently discuss treatment plans and help patients understand their options
Pays close attention to detail and follows through on responsibilities

Supports the team and cares about the success of the office
Is willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
Comes to work with energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude

Experience with EagleSoft is a strong plus.

Responsibilities May Include
Greeting patients and creating a welcoming experience
Scheduling appointments and managing the front desk flow
Presenting and explaining treatment plans
Coordinating patient care and follow-ups
Answering phones and communicating clearly with patients
Verifying insurance and reviewing patient information
Supporting the clinical and administrative team
Helping maintain an organized, efficient, and positive office environment
