Dental Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists in a fast-paced general practice, while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in various dental procedures, including but not limited to exams, cleanings, and restorative work.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments to ensure a sterile and organized environment.
- Record and update patient information accurately in our electronic health records system.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient flows and facilitate smooth communication between patients and the dental team.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; previous dental assistant experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality patient care.
