EXPERIENCED INSURANCE COORDINATOR AND FRONT DESK

We are seeking a dependable, friendly front office professional to support a busy general dental practice serving patients of all ages. Our team provides a wide range of care, including cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, orthodontics, restorative treatment, crowns and bridges, dentures, and sedation dentistry. We work with general dentistry, pedodontics, periodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and prosthodontics, and our practice includes both single-doctor and multi-doctor care. We welcome patients with Medicaid, PPO, and private insurance plans.

This full-time position is ideal for someone with a high school education and strong communication skills who enjoys helping others in a fast-paced clinical setting. Responsibilities include greeting patients warmly, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, collecting patient information, and assisting with front desk organization and daily workflow. Attention to detail, professionalism, and a positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities include:

* Verifying dental insurance benefits and explaining coverage to patients
* Submitting pre-determinations and following up with insurance companies
* Preparing treatment estimates
* Helping patients with scheduling, check-in, and check-out

The right person has dental front desk and insurance verification experience, communicates clearly, stays organized, and enjoys working with a team.
