We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures, utilizing four-handed dentistry techniques.
Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols and aseptic techniques.
Take and develop X-rays, ensuring proper medical imaging practices.
Manage patient records, including medical documentation and coding, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
Provide chairside assistance, including taking vital signs and preparing materials for procedures.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Utilize 3D scanners for imaging when necessary.

Maintain inventory of dental supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in dental assisting or a dental clinic setting is required.
Proficiency in EMR systems such as Dentrix.
Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and procedures including prosthodontics, orthodontics, and general dentistry.
Familiarity with medical records management and medical coding practices
Understanding of infection control measures within a clinical setting.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
