Join a well-established dental office where teamwork, respect, and patient care come first. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Dental Hygienist to become part of our supportive team in a general, single-doctor practice that serves PPO and private patients. Led by Dr. Amul Patel, a personable dentist with more than 30 years of experience, our office is built on a simple mission: taking excellent care of people while creating a positive workplace for every team member.
This full-time opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys building lasting patient relationships and contributing to a collaborative environment. Our practice has a strong community presence, with many long-standing patients who value our consistency, communication, and commitment to high-quality care. If you appreciate a setting where your skills are recognized and your role is respected, this may be the right fit for you.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal care, performing prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, periodontal screening, patient recall, oral hygiene instruction, chlorhexidine application, bleaching, and irrigation agents as needed. You will also assist with four-handed dentistry, chair side assistance, sterilization protocols, and impressions. Additional experience with digital X-rays, intraoral camera systems, Eaglesoft, Schick, Cerec restorations, Invisalign, orthodontic support, and routine chairside instrumentation is highly valued. CPR certification is required, along with a strong commitment to sterile procedures and patient comfort.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate clearly with both patients and teammates. A college-level education in dental hygiene or a related field is expected. We are looking for someone who takes pride in clinical excellence, professionalism, and compassionate care.
We offer a one-hour lunch break, available parking, and personal protective equipment including disposable gowns, face shields, goggles, latex gloves, nitrile gloves, and regular masks. Compensation is hourly, and benefits include a 401(k) plan and a discount on dental work.
If you are ready to join a respectful, patient-focused team where your contributions truly matter, we would love to welcome you.
